CHAPTER 1072 Garbage and Rubbish Collection and Disposal

EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 99-129, passed October 6, 1999, adopted the Solid Waste Management Plan, Three-Year Update, for the Summit/Akron Solid Waste Management District. Resolution 03-157, passed 9-17-03, readopted the Solid Waste Management Plan for the Summit/Akron Solid Waste Management Authority. Copies of this resolution and of the Plan may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.

There are no sections in Chapter 1072. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
