1044.06 EXCAVATION PRECAUTIONS.

All openings and obstructions in any street shall be carefully guarded and protected at all times. During the night-time, the same shall be defined by reflective barrels, and such other precautions shall be taken as are necessary to guard against accidents, and at all times the work shall be done so as to cause the least damage to property owners and the general public.
