1010.03 FILE AND DISTRIBUTION COPIES OF STATE SPECIFICATIONS.

At least one copy of the January 1, 1973, edition of the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation, Construction and Material Specifications, shall be on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public. One copy shall also be on file in the Summit County Law Library. In addition, the Clerk of Council shall have copies available for distribution to the public, at cost.
