The City Manager, the Finance Director and the Deputy Finance Director are hereby authorized to sign and conduct all banking transactions relating to the checking accounts and savings accounts of the City of Hudson with First National Bank of Ohio. These signatures must conform to Section 234.01(c), requiring two signatures.
