EDITOR'S NOTE: By order of the Secretary of State, and by virtue of the fact that the population of the Municipality was certified as being in excess of 5,000 persons, the status of the Municipality was changed from a village to a city, effective April 19, 1991. References throughout these Codified Ordinances to "the Village" or "the Village of Hudson" shall therefore be interpreted to mean the City of Hudson.
