(a) Administration.
The City Auditor shall be entitled to and be granted participation in Public Employees Retirement System, hospitalization and medical coverage, prescription drug coverage and life insurance the same as like benefits granted to the Hubbard City employees by way of collective bargaining agreements, and such other benefits as from time to time may be awarded.

The City Treasurer shall be entitled to and be granted participation in Public Employees Retirement System, hospitalization and medical coverage, prescription drug coverage and life insurance the same as life benefits granted to the Hubbard City employees by way of collective bargaining agreements, and such other benefits as from time to time may be awarded.
(b) Council.
(1) President. The salary of the President of Council shall be four hundred twenty-five dollars ($425.00) per month. The President of Council shall be entitled to and be granted participation in Public Employees Retirement System, hospitalization and medical coverage, prescription drug coverage and life insurance, the same as like benefits granted to Hubbard City employees by way of collective bargaining agreements, and such other benefits as from time to time may be awarded.
(2) Regular members. Commencing January 1, 1990 the salary of each Hubbard City Councilman shall be four hundred dollars ($400.00) per month. Each Hubbard City Councilman shall be entitled to and be granted participation in Public Employees Retirement System, hospitalization and medical coverage, prescription drug coverage and life insurance the same as like benefits granted to Hubbard City employees by way of collective bargaining agreements, and such other benefits as from time to time may be awarded.
