(a) The salary of the City Law Director shall be
as provided by Council from time to time.
(b) The City Law Director shall be entitled to and be granted participation in the Public Employees Retirement System, hospitalization and medical coverage, prescription drug coverage and life insurance and such other benefits as from time to time may be awarded the same as like benefits granted to Hubbard City employees by way of collective bargaining agreements, unless excluded by valid resolution or ordinance of Council.
(c) The City fiscal officers are hereby authorized and directed to appropriate necessary funds from proper City accounts at proper percentages to effectuate the foregoing provisions.
