EDITOR'S NOTE: Whereas, the City is required to comply with the mandates of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.), as amended by the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 and the Clean Water Act of 1977 (P.L. 92-500 and P.L. 217) Council periodically passes a "Sewer Use Ordinance" to set objective standards consistant with Federal, State and local laws and to establish regulations which will ensure the equal and fair distribution of the cost of using the sewerage system. Please see the Clerk of Council for the latest Sewer Use Ordinance.
