EDITOR'S NOTE: The Division of Utilities is a sub-department of the Department of Public Service and is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the City sewerage system, the waterworks system and the electric power substation, including the collection sewer, water and electric power usage charges. The Superintendent of Utilities is appointed by the Director of Public Service and is the head of the Division of Utilities and the Sewer, Water and Light Departments within the Division of Utilities. There are no sections in Chapter 149
