§ 71.19 REGULATIONS.
   No person, firm or corporation shall park his, her or its vehicle on any roadway within the city at any time of the year, in violation of the parking regulations contained herein.
   (A)   Beginning on 9:00 p.m. on the first Sunday of every calendar year and until the end of the week, and during every second week thereafter until 9:00 p.m. of the first Sunday of the following calendar year, vehicles shall be parked on that side of the roadway, whether improved or unimproved, that are or may be identified with reference to odd-numbered United States Post Office addresses. Beginning at 9:00 p.m. on the second Sunday of every calendar year and until the end of the week, and during every second week thereafter until 9:00 p.m. of the first Sunday of the following calendar year, vehicles shall be parked on that side of the roadway, whether improved or unimproved, that are or may be identified with reference to even-numbered United States Post Office addresses. Every Sunday between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight shall be a changeover-period and the provisions of this division (A) shall not be in force during that time. For purposes of this section, the term WEEK shall designate a period beginning and ending at 9:00 p.m. Sunday.
   (B)   The alternate side parking provisions contained in division (A) above shall not apply to the roadways lying adjacent to the block wherein is located the building presently known as the “Gertrude Boase Elementary School”, namely as follows: Fairfax Road, lying between Canterbury Drive and Brandon Road; Brandon Road lying between Fairfax Road and Hampshire Drive; Hampshire Drive, lying between Brandon Road and Canterbury Drive; and Canterbury Drive, lying between Hampshire Drive and Fairfax Road. Further, with respect to the roadways designated within this division (B), vehicles shall be parked on that side of the roadway which lies opposite from the above named school.
   (C)   This section shall not be construed to allow parking of vehicles where parking is otherwise prohibited by this subchapter, other ordinances or statutes, or otherwise posted or metered.
