§ 71.16 BOULEVARD PARKING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall park his, her or its vehicle, or any portion of his, her or its vehicle, on any boulevard within the city.
   (B)   This prohibition shall apply to any portion of a driveway located within the boundary lines of a boulevard.
