§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Except for any provisions of §§ 51.01 through 51.07 providing for a separate penalty, any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 51.01 through 51.07 shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100. However, in the event of a third violation within any 12 months, the violation shall constitute a misdemeanor.
   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 51.20 through 51.26 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, or and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $100 or imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 90 days. Each day that the violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
