§ 131.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Violation of any provision of §§ 131.01 through 131.03 shall constitute a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished according to prevailing state laws.
