Except as set forth in this subchapter, no person shall fire, discharge or explode any gun, pistol, air rifle or other weapon, or shoot an arrow from a bow or cross-bow, or throw any deadly missile in any of the following places within the city:
(A) In Sections Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten, Fifteen, Sixteen, Seventeen and Eighteen, Township 58, Range 14 West;
(B) In a public place or in any place where there is any person to be in danger although no injury actually results;
(C) Upon or over the grounds of any cemetery, public park, public campgrounds, public beach, public school, public picnic area, or within 500 feet thereof;
(D) Within 500 feet of any building occupied by human beings or by livestock, or within 500 feet of any stockade or corral containing livestock, or within 500 feet of any burning area; or
(E) Upon, over or across any improved public highway or within limits of the right-of-way of any improved public highway.
