7-1-4: UNLAWFUL TO CONNECT UNLESS FEE PAID:
It shall be unlawful to connect to such water system without paying the fees set forth in section 7-1-3 of this chapter, or to make such connection or cover the same without the supervision and inspection of the city inspector or his designee. (Ord. 136, 9-13-1990)
