A. Time Allowed For Abatement: Any person suffering, allowing, permitting, or causing the conditions described in sections 3-1-1, 3-1-3 and 3-1-4 of this chapter, shall take such action to abate such nuisance within fifteen (15) days of having received written notice of the condition from a city police officer or other authorized representative of the city as designated by the city council.
B. Notice Becomes Effective: Said notice shall be effective when personally served on any owner or occupant of the premises. If neither owner nor occupant can be located after a diligent search, said notice will be effective when posted in a conspicuous place on the property. (Ord. 118, 3-14-1984)
