8-1-7: CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS:

All construction under a permit must meet all applicable requirements of the city zoning and subdivision ordinances, sewer and water ordinances, flood control ordinance and other applicable local law provisions and central district health department, state plumbing board and state electrical board requirements and all other applicable Idaho Code provisions. (Ord. 164, 9-10-1996)
