10.48.040 Owners to remove parked vehicles from snow routes upon declaration.
   Upon the declaration of a snow emergency and notification to the news media, as set forth in Section 10.48.030, all owners of vehicles which may be parked upon streets designated as emergency snow routes shall promptly remove their vehicles from the streets.
