5.45.09 Revocation or suspension of license.

The mayor, or his designated agent, is empowered to revoke or suspend a bed and breakfast establishment's license for any violation of this chapter. Once a license is revoked or suspended the establishment shall cease operations until the violations are corrected as provided by law. Refusal to comply with this section may result in penalties being levied against the establishment's owner as described in § 5.45.99.
