5.45.99 Penalty.

Violating any requirement of this chapter, or any other relevant section or chapter referred to herein in regard to the establishment and operation of a bed and breakfast establishment, shall result in the loss of the required annual license and subject the owner/manager to other penalties described in Chapter 17.96.
