1.01.030 Codification authority.
   This code consists of all the regulatory and penal ordinances and certain of the administrative ordinances of the city of Hoopeston, Illinois, codified pursuant to the provisions of the Sections 1-2-4 to 1-2-6 and 1-3-1 to 1-3-4 of Chapter 24 of the Illinois Revised Statutes.
