2.46.050 Powers and duties.
   The city planning and zoning commission shall have all the powers, duties, and responsibilities as set forth in the city’s ordinances regulating planning, development, and zoning and prescribed to it by state statute. This includes but is not limited to Sections 17.84.010 through 17.84.030, 17.92.020 through 17.92.040, and 17.92.110 of the city’s code.
