§ 155.07 BULKHEADS AND RETAINING WALLS.

   An application for securing a permit to build, alter or improve any bulkhead or retaining wall must be accompanied by a set of detailed plans and specifications. Such plans and specifications, including any changes or additional requirements, must be approved by the City Engineer.
