§ 150.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BULKHEAD LINE. The bulkhead line shall be that line as established according to Florida Statutes.
   CANALS. Waterways used for navigation or drainage whose narrowest dimension does not exceed 120 feet.
   UNDEVELOPED LANDS. Any vacant, unimproved land areas that have no paved streets or utilities.
