§ 151.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   The general agent, architect, builder, contractor, owner or tenant or any other person who commits, takes part of assists in any violation of §§ 151.100 through 151.111, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment not to exceed 60 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the municipal judge.

   (C)   Any person or firm who violates the provisions of §§ 151.130 through 151.138 shall be liable after conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction for a fine or penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each such offense.
