§ 30.16 PROCEDURES FOR AND EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS ON, QUASI-JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS.
   (A)   Procedures for the conduct of quasi-judicial hearings, including provisions related to ex parte communications, shall be adopted and amended by resolution.
   (B)   Any violation of the quasi-judicial procedures adopted in conformance with this section shall be punishable under the provisions of § 10.99.
