§ 32.51 MUNICIPAL CIVIL INFRACTION VIOLATION NOTICES AND MUNICIPAL CIVIL INFRACTION CITATIONS.
   The following village personnel are authorized local officials with the authority to issue a municipal civil infraction violation notice or a municipal civil infraction citation for a violation of any provision of this code of ordinances which is a municipal civil infraction:
   (A)   A police officer;
   (B)   The Code Compliance Officer and the Village Manager for any violation of §§ 92.035 through 92.040, “Dangerous Nuisances and Structures”; §§ 91.20 through 91.32, “Sidewalks”; §§ 92.055 through 92.062, “Weeds”; §§ 92.075 through 92.107, “Litter”; Ch. 111, “Licenses and Permits”; Ch. 150, “Buildings”; Ch. 151, “Rental Property Maintenance”; Ch. 152, “Planning”; Ch. 153, “Subdivision Control”; Ch. 154, “Signs”; Ch. 155, “Historic Districts”; Ch. 156, “Floods”; and Ch. 157, “Zoning”; and
   (C)   The School Liaison Officer for any violation of Ch. 70, “Traffic Rules”; Ch. 71, “Bicycles and Mopeds”; §§ 72.01 through 72.04, “Special Parking Provisions”; §§ 72.15 through 72.19, “Handicapped Parking”; Ch. 93, “Smoking in Public Places”; § 130.02, “alcoholic beverages”; § 131.03, “marijuana”; § 131.05, “firearms”; § 131.06, “larceny and theft”; §§ 131.20 through 131.52, “Miscellaneous Offenses”; Ch. 132, “Obstructing Pedestrian or Vehicular Traffic”; and Ch. 133, “False Alarms”, where such violation occurs on any school property or within 100 feet of any school property within the village.
