§ 92.107 ABATEMENT-ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS.

The Village Manager and/or his or her designate shall have the power and duty to abate all nuisances herein designated. The Village Manager and/or his or her designate shall not be liable to any person for damages on account of such abatement or enforcement of this subchapter.
