§ 96.24 SPECIAL PERMITS.
   (A)   No erection, construction, or maintenance shall be made above or below ground, in any park, without written permission of the Village Council.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this subchapter, the Village Council may, upon written application, grant specific use permits for particular purposes when, in the opinion of the Village Council, such use deserves special consideration.
