It shall be unlawful in any park to:
(A) Discard or deposit refuse of any kind or nature, except by placing the same in a container provided for such purpose; or
(B) Throw, cast, lob, drop, or discharge into or leave in waters adjacent to or part of any park any substance, matter of thing, liquid, or solid, which may or shall result in the pollution of said waters.
