§ 96.13 PEDDLING AND SOLICITING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to peddle or solicit business of any nature whatever, or to distribute handbills or other advertising matter, or post unauthorized signs in any park; except that the Park and Recreation Board may provide for food services and other conveniences within the confines of a park and the Village Council may authorize community service projects which might otherwise be in violation.
