(A) Pursuant to Uniform Traffic Code, Public Act 62 of 1956, it is hereby declared to be improper for any vehicles to be parked on the streets of the village between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. from December 1 through March 30 of each year.
(B) During the period from December 1 through March 30 of each year, vehicles may be parked in the area between the sidewalk and the street between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., but such parking is prohibited at all other times.

No person shall park a commercially licensed vehicle or a trailer with a load capacity greater than 9,000 pounds or both on any street where parking of vehicles is permitted for a period of time longer than one hour, except when loading or unloading a delivery.

Traffic signs shall be installed at all public street accesses to the village indicating said prohibitions with regard to the parking of vehicles on public street and at the designated areas within village-owned parking lots.

HANDICAPPED PARKING
For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARKING AREA. An area used by the public as a means of access to or any egress from, and for the free parking of motor vehicles by patrons of a shopping center, business, factory, hospital, institution, or similar building or location.
SHOPPING CENTER. A minimum area of three acres of land on which there is located one or more stores or business establishments, and where there is provided a parking area.
