(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Unless otherwise prescribed, violation of the provisions adopted by § 151.01 of this chapter are a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $300 a day for each of the violation or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
