   The order of business shall be as follows:

   (A)   Call to order;

   (B)   Pledge of Allegiance;

   (C)   City Administrator reports;

   (D)   Department head reports;

   (E)   Old business;

   (F)   New business;

   (G)   City Council discussion and possible action items;

   (H)   Public comments;

   (I)   Executive session; and

   (J)   Adjournment.
