The Mayor and Council shall hold their regular meetings on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Hollister Grange Hall and the planning meeting will be held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Hollister City Hall. Said Mayor may from time to time designate such other hour. However, should said meeting days fall on holidays, then such meetings shall take place on the next business day following the holiday. The Mayor or any three members of the Council shall have power to call special meetings of the city, the object of which shall be submitted to the Council in writing and the call and object, as well as the disposition thereof, shall be entered upon the journal by the Clerk.
