A. Overloading: It is unlawful to drive a vehicle when it is so loaded with people or cargo as to obstruct the view of the driver to the front or sides of the vehicle or when the conditions interfere with the driver's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle.
B. Passenger Interference: No vehicle passenger shall ride in a position that interferes with the driver's view ahead or to the sides, or that interferes with the driver's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle. (1999 Code)
