(A) Burials shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State Board of Health and any ordinance passed by the city.
(B) Only one interment shall be permitted in any grave, except in case of members of the same family buried at the same time.
(C) (1) It is unlawful to install a vault at the city cemetery without use of an electric dolly. Vault highway delivery vehicles are prohibited from crossing graves to reach the gravesite.
(2) The driver and/or company of the vehicles shall remain on the road. The driver and/or company of the vehicle is responsible for any damage caused by his or her vehicle while in the cemetery.
(3) The cemetery superintendent is authorized to issue a separate citation for violation of this division (C) against the driver and/or company for each violation.
