§ 100.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 100.25 through 100.42, by doing any act prohibited or declared to be unlawful thereby, or declared to be an offense or misdemeanor thereby, or who shall fail to do any act required by any such provision, or who shall fail to do any act when such provision declares such failure to be unlawful or to be an offense or misdemeanor, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day upon which any such violation continues, shall constitute a separate misdemeanor.

   (C)   In violating § 100.34(C), the first violation penalty is $50; the second is $100; the third is $200 during any three-year period.
