§ 100.30 CREMATORY URNS; FEE; BURIAL RESTRICTIONS.

   (A)   Fee.

      (1)   The fee to bury a crematory urn shall be $50.

      (2)   The urn may be buried at the foot of an occupied grave with no additional charge.

   (B)   Burial depth. The urn must be buried at a depth that will cover the top of the urn by at least 18 inches.
