§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Violations of § 97.02 shall be punished as set forth hereinabove by a fine not exceeding $200, or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.

   (C)   Violations of § 97.03 shall be punished as set forth hereinabove by a fine not exceeding $200, or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.

   (D)   Violations of § 97.04 shall be punished as set forth hereinabove by a fine not exceeding $200, or by imprisonment.

   (E)   Any person who knowingly violates §§ 97.15 through 97.17 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100.

   (F)   (1)   Any person who knowingly violates any provision within §§ 97.15 through 97.17 shall be punished by a citation and subject to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $125.
      (2)   The remedies provided by §§ 97.15 through 97.17 are cumulative and in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
      (3)   In addition to other remedies provided by §§ 97.15 through 97.17 or by other law, any violation of this chapter regarding tobacco product or vapor product use may be remedied by the City Attorney, including, but not limited to, administrative or judicial nuisance abatement proceedings, Criminal Code enforcement proceedings, and suits for injunctive relief.
