(A) Any person who sells or displays tobacco products at retail must post conspicuously at the place of business a sign stating the following:
IT IS THE LAW. WE DO NOT SELL TOBACCO PRODUCTS TO PERSONS
UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.
(B) The sign shall also provide a toll free telephone number for the purpose of reporting violations of the Prevention for Youth Access to Tobacco Act, being 63 O.S. §§ 1-229.1 et seq.
