§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 94.01 through 94.11 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not to exceed $100 per day of the violation or imprisonment for a term not to exceed punishment as provided for each offense, and a separate offense is deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Violators may be issued a citation by the city’s Police Department or any agency duly appointed by the city.

      (2)   The City Clerk-Treasurer, with the assistance of the city’s Police Department or other person or persons designated by the City Council, will inspect the property within the city on a regular basis and notify the owner and/or occupant of property in violation of § 94.10 of this chapter and, in the event compliance is not had within seven days after notice, then the owner and/or occupant shall be cited into court and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $100, for said violation, plus court costs.
