§ 94.10 GRASS, WEEDS AND VEGETATION.
   (A)   The owner and/or occupant of all property in the city shall cut and trim the grass, weeds and vegetation thereon to a height of not more than six inches at all times so long as the said property is less than two acres in total area and so long as said property is not agricultural or woodlands.
   (B)   Whenever property is at least two acres in size or where the property is primarily used as an agricultural use, then the grass, weeds and vegetation thereon shall be mowed, cut or trimmed to a height commensurate with the customary practice for said use at least two times per year.
   (C)   In the event property is predominantly woodlands and trees and woods dominate the land and no crop or agricultural use is made of same, then this section shall not apply.
   (D)   The notice provided for in this section shall be as provided in § 94.11 of this chapter.
