For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DEBRIS. Ruins from construction, including, but not limited to, barrels, metals, metal furniture, dirt in piles, rock, pieces of concrete, glass, brick, building materials, abandoned appliances and inoperative automobiles, mineral waste.
GARBAGE. Wastes resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and consumption of foods, waste from the handling, storage and sale of produce.
REFUSE. Rejected useless matter, combustible and non-combustible trash, including, but not limited to, paper, cartons, boxes, excelsior, tin cans, crockery, packing, uncut grass and weeds.
RUBBISH. Waste and rejected matter, trash, including, but not limited to, wood, tree branches, yard trimmings, wood furniture, bedding, cinders, lumber on ground, ashes.
