§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person who engages in any of the occupations taxed by §§ 111.01 through 111.17 without paying the occupation tax imposed therefor in advance of such operation, is guilty of an offense against the city and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

      (2)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 111.01 through 111.17 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 111.30 through 111.33, or who allows or attempts to allow a beer and/or wine tasting garden permit to be used by another person to operate a beer and/or wine-tasting garden, or who applies for a permit with the intent to transfer or attempt to transfer said permit, shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined up to $100 plus costs.
      (2)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of §§ 111.30 through 111.33, or any provision of those sections in connection with operation of a beer and/or wine-tasting garden, shall not be eligible to receive a beer and/or wine-tasting garden permit for a period of one year following said conviction.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 111.45 through 111.56 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
