For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BEER AND/OR WINE-TASTING GARDEN. An open area where beer is served and consumed and/or where wine-tasting is allowed.
DESIGNATED AREA. The premises/location approved by the city for operation of a beer and/or wine-tasting garden.
PERSON. Any individual, firm, partnership, association, or corporation, whether conducted for profit or not for profit.
PUBLIC PROPERTY. The property owned or leased by the city, or any other governmental entity.
