§ 96.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 96.01 through 96.19 shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99

(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 96.30 through 96.35, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
