§ 96.35 WARNING LIGHTS FOR BUILDING MATERIALS IN STREETS.
   Every person who shall use or occupy any part of a street or avenue of the city for building material shall cause one or more warning devices to be kept on from sunset to sunrise on the front and at each side in such manner as to give notice of danger to all possible means of approach, so long as such material remains. Those who fail to comply with any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offense.
