§ 93.999 PENALTY.
   (A)    Any person, firm, or corporation found violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provide, shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 93.025 through 93.035, by doing any act prohibited or declared to be unlawful thereby, or declared to be an offense or misdemeanor thereby, is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99. Each day upon which any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of § 93.059 is guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations.

   (D)   The penalty for violation of §§ 93.062 and 93.063, and to provide for no tolerance for the violation of these section, is set at a fine from $50 to $75 at the discretion of the Municipal Judge based on the amount of litter thrown from any motor vehicle upon and over the streets, alleys, and roadways of the city, whether the litter be trash, wastepaper, aluminum cans or any other substance or refuse whatever, or for allowing litter to accumulate on real property occupied as set out in § 93.063(A) and (B).

   (E)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 93.075 through 93.077 or any law or code adopted by reference in this chapter is guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations
