§ 93.029 PUBLIC HEARING.
   (A)   The notice provided for in § 93.028 shall also advise those persons to whom notices are directed of their right to request a hearing within ten days of the delivery of the notice. The hearing shall be before the City Manager.
   (B)   After a request for hearing is filed with the city, the City Manager shall give written notice of the time and place of the hearing.
   (C)   If no hearing is requested, or if, after a hearing, it is determined that the existence of the violation is established, the Chief of Police, or his or her designee shall have the right to take possession of the vehicle and remove it from the premises for disposal consistent with § 93.033.
